Today i took a look at the Oscars 2010 red carpet dresses. There are many great gowns and new trend directions this year: Very important key trends were tiered ruffles on full skirts with voluminous plissès, strapless corsage tops decorated with draped elements which most of the big actresses wore, metallic shimmering surfaces and one shoulder gowns. Regarding the colour trends for this year, the wedding gown inspired pale palette from soft white, faded blush to pale pink and taupe shades to shimmering silver to grey shades played a bigger role than last year. Also blue, red, gold and black were important colours. Which is your favourite dress?
